TRADE TERMS

Trade discounts are available on selected items from Shack Palace. 

* Please note that some products such as sale items, books and some custom orders are exempt from trade discounts. 

Refund/ Exchanges

We understand that sometimes pieces just don't work in a specific space and may need to be swapped for something else. We offer exchanges for other products or store credit within 2 weeks of purchase. We do not offer refunds on any products unless they are faulty.

Please note that shipping is non refundable and the customer is responsible for covering return shipping, and ensuring items are packed safely and arrive back to us in perfect condition. 

Minimum Order

To qualify for a trade discount orders must be over AU$150

Holding Items

We are happy to hold items for trade customers for 24 hours. Sometimes we are able to hold products a little longer than this, please contact us to enquire. 

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping rates apply for trade customers. Shipping rates are based on your location and order size. Shipping estimates can be calculated at checkout. 

Please note that free shipping cannot be combined with trade discounts.
